Co-Ordination
- Liaise with the relevant SETA on the client’s behalf
- Co-ordinate the company's training calendar according to the Workplace Skills Plan
- Record all training interventions using CCTS/DRG proprietary training software to enable monthly reporting
- Source SETA accredited training providers on behalf of the client and schedule training
- Collate all training documentation in-line with SETA and verification requirements

- Facilitate the appointment of a Skills Development Facilitator
- Facilitate and prepare for the Skills Audit
- Compile a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Report (WSR)
- Identify suitable discretionary grant opportunities from the relevant SETA

- Assist with facilitation, administration and management of discretionary grants received

Equity
- Facilitating, establishment and training of the Employment Equity committee
- Analyse and advise on the current company profile, policies and practices against EAP targets to prevent potential discrimination
- Prepare the client's Employment Equity Plan in collaboration with Management and EE committee.
- Prepare Employment Equity Reports for submission to the Department of Labour on an annual basis

- Create a B-BBEE strategy with management addressing all 5 elements of the B-BBEE scorecard
- Generate scorecard scenario’s & a B-BBEE Action Plan
- Conduct regular strategy monitoring meetings with management
- Prepare documentation in preparation for a B-BBEE Audit
- Assist the client in identifying & engaging with a suitable B-BBEE Verification Agency
- Liaise with Verification Agency on client’s behalf regarding queries during B-BBEE audit.
