Our consultants are experts in helping our clients boost their EE ratings, optimise their Skills Development plans and SETA-approved training schedules, develop B-BBEE strategies that adhere to Verification Agency standards, and optimise Enterprise/Supplier Development to benefit their B-BBEE scorecard.

As a total-solutions provider within a sector that otherwise lacks such a comprehensive consulting service, our offering is both unique and relevant. Our B.E.S.T Service is aligned to the requirements of the B-BBEE Verification Agencies and we maintain strong links with professional training providers nationwide.

The CCTS brand was established in 1995, mainly as an IT services and training provider trading under the name CCTS Solutions.  In 2012 the business owner brought his skills and experience into the business full-time and it evolved into a Management Consulting business.  From 2012 to 2016 the main focus was on business strategy and process optimisation, with a strong supply chain flavour.

In 2017 CCTS entered the Human Resource space when we forged a strong association with DRG Outsourcing, who are specialists in the HR Outsourcing environment. Whilst CCTS Solutions continues to add value on the ICT playing field, a sister company called CCTS Consulting was formed in order to separate the IT and Management Consulting offerings. Although both offerings can supplement each other, CCTS Solutions currently focuses on ICT solutions to our clients, while CCTS Consulting offers Management Consulting support to clients.
